Almost Done

I would have the title of Technical Director/Artistic Director.
I will be the designer for productions on the theatrical stage and film stages. I would be involved in every aspect of the creation of the worlds that will come to life on the stage.

Capstone Presentation

I thought mine went really well I felt prepared. I think I would have tried to do something, like a brouchure, that the guests could take home. I think that most of the skills required for capstone I already had, but it helped me with my time management.

Capstone Presentation

1. I will begin with my name and project issue, then I will give a brief summery of my project, finally I will ask if they have any questions or comments.

2. I will have my laptop, an extension cord and a power-strip. I will have a binder with my essay in it and my poster on a stand. I will also have some sort of table cloth.

3. I know that I have part of a table, but I don't think they will provide anything else.

Video

My video will be an explination of my view on the capstone project for my about me page.
I will also have a video explaining a contest that is part of the website.
Assets-Pen,Paper,Markers,editing software, and a camera
Today I will write the script for both videos.
Tuesday and Wenesday I will film the videos.
Thursday and Friday I will edit the film.
The first video will have either a voice over or text and music.
The second video will have text and music.

1. The sight has positive and negative implications. First it would be easier to enjoy games and keep track of life if it is always with you, however I can that it will be distracting and having a computer program in your head can be dangerous because any program can be hacked.
2. I have the basic design for my website is done, but it is far from finished because this is my end product it will probably take more then the time allotted in class.
3. I need to learn how to create a page that can only be accessed by members and a log in screen. Also i need to create a chat board and a email contact form.

Definitions

WEB 1.0- was an early stage of the conceptual evolution of the World Wide Web, centered around a top-down approach to the use of the web and its user interface. Socially, users could only view webpages but not contribute to the content of the webpages.
WEB 2.0- allow users to interact and collaborate with each other in a social media dialogue as creators of user-generated content in a virtual community, in contrast to websites where people are limited to the passive viewing of content.
WEB 3.0- The predicted third generation of the World Wide Web, usually conjectured to include semantic tagging of content.


I think that the web is usefull and helps to expand the knowledge of the people.

Blog Reflection

1. Coding is tedious, but it is fun to create something from scratch that is uniquely yours.
2. Coding gives some comprehension into the inner workings of a website.
3. It might but there are free website builders that can come up with good products so it depends on how the website turns out.
4. No unless something is mine I don't need to look into the codes.

Google Glass

Google Glass are a mixture of glasses and a smartphone. This technology could be a step toward the sci-fi like society that is often portrayed in movies. Maybe this technology could go in the direction of interactive displays everywhere. When I think of the it creeps me out and is awesome all at the same time. While it would be a big help to be able to do more then just talk on a handheld, the little screen that shows up in the top corner of your eye could cause major distraction problems. Although it would be cool to have it work like the interactive display in Iron man's suit.

It is simple and has a soothing color palette that continues throughout the designs.

5 Most Inportant Things in A Poster Design

Many things are important in designing a poster.

• One is the audience, it is important to know your audience, who is going to be interested in your poster who are you trying to attract.
• Next is flow, the way the text pictures or anything on the poster flow can create emotional responses to the design. It is important to evoke emotions and to know how the flow will effect these emotions.
• Color is also very important. Whether there is no color at all or loaded with a bright palette the color choice should make sense for the design, and should evoke a response.
• Originality is extremely important. The audience will become disinterested if there is nothing new or innovative in a design.
• Placement of the finished poster can be the deciding factor for a lot of decisions you would make about the poster design. A billboard will be designed differently then a poster for a high traffic area like a subway.
